Mbb2e Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the mbb2e platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform and must cease access immediately. This acceptance is legally binding.

The platform does not accept registrations from individuals below the minimum age required under Malaysian law, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately without notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful and permitted under the local laws applicable in their area of residence. mbb2e is not liable for any breach of local laws committed by users while using this service. By registering, you confirm that you understand your own legal responsibilities.
This platform operates in Bahasa Malaysia and is intended for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users outside Malaysia are responsible for verifying that use of this platform is lawful in their home country before registering.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mbb2e platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them without compensation. Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential, including their username and password. mbb2e recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs within your account will be treated as your own actions until you report any unauthorised access to the support team.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the mbb2e platform:

3. Payment Information, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the mbb2e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent is prohibited and may result in account closure.
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set within the account. Deposits are typically processed within minutes for digital methods. mbb2e reserves the right to hold deposits for review if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the current policy set out in the user's account. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain approved circumstances. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Withdrawals from accounts with unverified identities may be delayed for compliance purposes.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable. mbb2e will investigate each dispute fairly and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. The platform's final decision on transaction matters is binding.
4. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limit
Mbb2e provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, mbb2e shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
The platform is not liable for losses arising from betting or gaming decisions, unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence, service interruptions beyond the platform's control such as third-party network outages, or any losses resulting from a user's own breach of these terms. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the active balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and other materials on the mbb2e platform are the exclusive property of mbb2e or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from mbb2e. Unauthorised use of the platform's brand name, logos, or marketing materials for personal or commercial purposes constitutes a serious breach and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The mbb2e platform may utilise third-party payment processing services and technology providers to support certain functions. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies, which are separate from those of mbb2e. mbb2e is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party services used.
Users are advised to read the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third parties before using the payment methods or ancillary services provided. Any issues arising directly with a third-party provider should be resolved with that provider directly. mbb2e will only assist in resolving matters that fall within the scope of our platform.
In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these terms and the original Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
5. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension
Mbb2e reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account if there is suspicion or evidence that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or suspicious activity requiring further investigation. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access the account, make deposits or withdrawals, or participate in any gaming activity. mbb2e will notify the user of the suspension via their registered email, stating the reason and estimated duration of the suspension where possible.
Account Closure
Mbb2e reserves the right to permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of terms, including multi-account usage, fraud, hacking attempts, or money laundering. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current policy.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Mbb2e reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or through the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mbb2e platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no mutual resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. The official language for all legal proceedings relating to these terms is Bahasa Malaysia.
